How to delete a character online?

When I synced my game to Rock Band online, I had a character that was just filler so I could test out drums, and I deleted him on my console but it never synced to online. How can I get rid of him?

It also seems like my characters now aren't really syncing to online. Is there a place to manually refresh or is it all automatic (and consequently not working)?

There's currently no way to remove characters and bands that were deleted in-game from the website. This is high up on the list of things to fix, so please hold tight and suffer the clutter of characters and bands that were deleted in-game still showing up on the site until we can wrangle a fix for it.
