I wanted to buy a video camera, but I did not have the 100s of dollars that they could cost me. I also did not want to buy a used one because you don't know what can happen with them. So I decided to check Ebay for cheap camcorders and I came across the one in the title for 30 dollars.
I wanted to know if these are decent camcorders for someone who just wants to use it as a webcam or stream console games over the internet. Is the quality of the picture better then a webcam? Also, for those who might have this camera, is it possible to get a rechargeable battery for it?
