game linking not working

i followed the instructions to a "T" and it tells me "this gamertag does not have any Rock Band data associated with it". any ideas on how to fix that?

ok switched to firefox and it worked - safari doesn't...

i'm using firefox and get nothing. someone said switch to MSIE and it would work. but i get bupkiss. jeez would someone fix this problem

you know what really pisses me off? i told my buddy about this site and he logged in, signed up and LINKED LESS THAN 5 MINUTES AFTER CREATING HIS ACCOUNT! AND HE DOESNT EVEN OWN THE GAME! he plays on my game when i bring it to his house! only difference between us is that he is the "band leader" on his HDD for 360.
