I agree Dragonforce is an awesome band and i think it would be hilarious to try and match the vocals but i don't know if they could do a very good job, there is no double bass pedal for the drums and the guitars are wicked hard and so far nothing has even really presented a challenge like that.

They must have had an off night when you saw them, I caught a concert of them last March and it was really incredible. On the threads topic though, Harmonix has never let me down on how they have translated a song from reality into 5 buttons (that goes for rock band and the old GH's) so I know that they COULD make Dragonforce for Rock Band, but I really don't know how much fun it would be. Without a double pedal the drum part would not only be severely limited but it would be very repetitive and slightly drab. The bass part would be super fun but the guitar part would be more than difficult, it would be ridiculous with the tight hammer-ons that are used in Rock Band (though I haven't had a working rock band controller since I got the game, so the extra buttons may help a lot). Though I will agree, trying to match the vocalist would be HILARIOUS!

Dragonforce's albums aren't worth the money tbh and on that ground I wouldn't pay for a full album of DLC. However, if they got Disciples of Babylon, Fury of the Storm, My Spirit Will Go On and Operation Ground and Pound and released that as a pack, that'd be sweet. As for TTFAF... Overrated. Let the GH kiddies keep it. :(

You know, Rock Band's expert is like playing a real guitar, right? and GH3 is like playing two guitars at once, so TTFAF was exaggerated in difficulty to play.

The whole problem with playing Dragonforce is that it requires two guitars and a bass guitar. Playing two guitars at once would ruin what Rock Band held over Guitar Hero.

That's Frets on Fire with the Alarian Mod (I could be wrong about the mod, but I'm pretty sure it's Alarian.) and Rock Band theme. It's not really Rock Band.

Dragonforce should be on, but not an entire album. And people can get double bass, it takes time to master it. Just get a headphone splitter and two bass pedals. They should just have 1 song from the albums valley of the damned (maybe, not really any good songs), inhuman rampage, one from sonic firestorm, two from ultrabeatdown.

Last year, I was introduced to Dragon Force. I thought it was pretty cool. (It being TTAF) I was watching the music video because I myself play Keyboard and it was pretty crazy (probably pretty easy to play) I got two more songs, My Spirit Will Go On and Operation Ground and Pound. It all sounded the same to me. As music goes for me, I got sick and tired of it....Thought a bit about what I was listening too and deleted them off my iPod. Now I just stick with Metallica.

To make a long story short, Dragon Force all sounds the same, we would really only need one if we had to have it. We shouldn't have it and get more Metallica :)

We need only one song from Dragonforce, and since they suck so much I must suggest that it be a free song or a cheap song. They haven't had any free downloads since the damn thing came out, and I vote that it's about time they release one. (No relation, but I did some calculations and apparently the cost of each individual song in a fair world is $1.35 [U.S.] each. Too bad this is a financial world.)
Of course, I'd always advocate more Guns N' Roses songs over any band, but I remember after mastering Medium I always tried to beat Through the Fire and the Flames (on Medium) at at least over 74%, until I broke my controller trying to do it. It was funner'n hell, I must say, and I'd like to see that on this game.
Also unrelated, why don't we have more foreign songs on RockBand2? And why no ability to share custom songs? Honestly, I'd like to rock out to "God Knows" or "Lost My Music" sometime. Or, hell, even Du Hast.
Anyways, Dragonforce = yes, but only one song.
I seem to have packed all my ideas into this post. Sorry, everyone. Don't burn your eyes out (if you haven't already done that playing Rockband).
