No. The four band slots are static, you can't swap any of them around to add more/less of a given instrument.

Which is really a shame, because I want to see somebody hook up 4 mics and have some barbershop quartet DLC ;)

What would you even need 3 guitars hooked up for? There aren't 3 seperate guitar tracks for the songs.....

i guess its like my dad always told me, no stupid questions just stupid people...

but not to continue being an ass, there is no way to use three guitars with rock band, and even if there was what would you use it for? There are only two tracks in the game to play, maybe if you somehow explained the brain fart you just had we could more easily understand what you were aiming for....

Lead, Rhythm, and Bass. I mean, the game isn't currently set up that way but I'm sure it's somewhat feasible. And if it isn't, blow me.
