Anyone know what time (EST) the new DLC will be available? Can I get it at midnight?

Doubtful with midnight... it's usually like 5am EST, but last week's batch was mid-day or so.

Highly doubtful. Last weeks dlc didnt show up til around 130 est or so but that was due to XBox live issues i believe. And no DLC has ever been available at midnight to my knowledge. I wouldn't expect it before mid morning tomorrow unless they decide to work harder to get it out since its christmas morning......
