I recently picked up a copy of the AC/DC Live Track Pack for XBox 360 at GameStop during Black Friday (yes, it was new; they had a promotion where, if you picked up any Rock Band game, you would get the AC/DC pack for free along with it), and XBox LIVE says the code printed in the manual has already been redeemed!
It was a new game I received, in fresh factory wrap, with the XBox 360 security seals intact. I tried taking it back to the GameStop for an exchange, but they had apparently only received two copies of the game for each system, and the second copy was long gone. I had gone to http://support.ea.com/rockband but, the only support questions I saw there seemed to pertain to the instruments and not the games.
Is there any way for me to be able to get a fresh code so that I can download these tracks and have them playable in my Rock Band 2 that I love so much.
