From the main Warranty site, when you click the "Continue" button to begin the process it gives me all this crap about certificates. I ignore the warnings, like it says I should if I trust the site, but then I get 404'd. What gives? Anybody have this problem or want to try go there right now (http://support.ea.com/cgi-bin/ea.cfg/php/enduser/rockband.php) to see if it works for you?
EDIT: The message I get (I'm using Firefox) is "The requested URL /ea_inventory/rockband.php was not found on this server."

Nope definitely down. They better have this back up tomorrow before I leave on vacation so I can get that replacement guitar sent...

yeah, I've had the guitar one day and I already needed to come to the replacement webpage. No surprise that it is broke too, just like the guitar.

Hahaha, good to hear I'm not the only one experiencing this issue.
Also. good to know I'm not the only one whose guitar broke today, the first day of having it. I'm so angry  The strat is by design my favorite guitar peripheral, it just sucks that it died in a few hours...

Seems to be working now. I filled out the form for my guitar, hopefully it gets here real soon!
