If we have band already up, is there a way to add people to the band?

Yes.

Only 4 characters can be band members of any particular band at any one time. If you are signing in players/characters into a band and the slot you are joining has no character assigned to that slot (no orange name banner on top), then that character you join as will become a member in that slot.

However if you try to sign in a character into a slot that has a character already assigned to it (name on orange banner) then that character will only be a substitution and not a full fledged member.

To free up this slot you must remove that established member from that slot by kicking them out of the band.

The band leader can never be changed for a band.
