PS3 Saving scores / Witch Hunt Pt III problems

So I went to browse the leaderboards on some of my more favorite songs recently, and I noticed that many songs I had played solo on Drums weren't showing up as if I had played them before. Or were showing only very old scores(i.e. below 4 stars on easy songs like Celebrity Skin). What's up with this? Why isn't my game saving all the newer high scores I get? It seems intermittent when it decides to save a new high score, and it may not even save it right after I play the song on the screen.

Also, I bought Witch Hunt(the Rush song), and the PSN tells me its not available for download currently. This is the first time I've ever had that happen, and I already paid for the song. Help?

EDIT: Figured out the Witch Hunt problem. I just went to the PS Network, "View previous downloads" or something like that, and Witch Hunt was in the list. Just downloaded it there.
