About My Broken Guitar

Well i have a question for you guys , i ordered my rock band copy on ebay 1 week ago and i received it today , well my guitar broke after 2 hours of playing but the fact is that i'm living in Canada and the game isn't released here yet ... So i was wondering , can i send back my broken guitar ?? What should i do ,would i have to pay some extra fee ? because i already paid more then 300 $ for this game and i don't want to spend again for a new guitar btw i don't have a warantee cuz i bought it on ebay .. :(

Tell the eBay member you got it from that it's broken, send it back to them. Get your $300 back. It's out here in Canada in various places already. Get a good set here.

Well it's not that easy i cannot send it back because it's not his fault , well he can send me the receipt but i just wanted to know if i could send back my guitar even if im in canada. There's probably some kind of compagny warranty on it ?

Well, what you can do is try to apply for a warranty exchange from http://support.ea.com/rockband

Originally they did not accept Canadian RMA requests, but as of a couple days ago it looks like they are, as I've requested for one, and it went through. Normally it would stop you at the end and say they don't ship to Canada, but like I said, mine went through. I'm in the same boat as you -- My guitar was broken right out of the box.
