Jimi is a must-have, but I remember they had trouble getting him in Guitar Hero 1 (they couldn't even use any vocals); they're probably still having trouble.

Why aren't more people suggesting this?

Jimi is god like and should be in this game. This should have as much outcry as AC / DC and Led Z for god sake he's songs would be bloody amazing to play.
