Endless Setlist: Glow?

I was wondering if anyone could reconfirm exactly what the requirements are for getting the fabled "glow" after completing the Endless Setlist. I was under the impression that you needed to finish the Band World Tour on Expert, but is there more to it than that? Like do you need a full band to do it? Do you also need to 5 Star every song, and not fail a single one during the setlist?

For people who don't meet all these requirements, do you get the Platinum Icon but that's about it, or was the "glow" just a rumor?

I've met someone online that had platinum artist, which I think is what gives you the glow. He and his brother had beat the endless setlist in a 2-man guitar band (on Expert) to get it.

Interesting. Do you think then that the glow is something specific to the Xbox 360 and that there's no equivalent on the PS3?

I'm wondering because I recently beat the Endless Setlist, on Expert and got the platinum icon, a two man band, guitar and vocals, but aside from getting the shiny platinum coin as an icon, there doesn't appear to be any glow, and I did it on a PS3.

Perhaps the platinum artist and the glow are two separate things. I don't think there'd be any difference between PS3/XB360.

Using the search function it looks like platinum artist gives you the glow but the glow only happens in multiplayer (online).
