USB connector will not work on my PS2!!!

Well The USB Connector for the guitar isn't working on my PS2, but it works on my computer. The red light on the Drums finally turned on, but my TV comes up with the Browser and System Configuration as the screen. Do I need my PS2 controller to do this??? I didn't think I needed it because the Drums had the control set on it!! Arg!! I have no clue to what I am doing!!! So please help me!!!

The instruments for the PS2 are the same as the PS3...so they are USB.

Hmmm...not sure whats up...try keeping a regular PS2 controller plugged in...see if that helps?

Just keep trying. I know it's frustrating. I have the PS2 version and I freaked a bit when I saw it was PS3 peripherals and a USB hub, but everything works fine on my system. I have a Guitar Hero guitar plugged in the P1 controller slot, a regular controller plugged into P2 and the hub plugged into the first USB slot. Once you get all your instruments plugged in, try resetting your PS2. That's what I had to do and it works fine. Plus, you have to have a regular controller plugged in for the microphone to work. HTH.
