RB2 Dongle for Guitar Not Responding

I plug the Dongle into the USB and now it doesn't light up to where I can get my guitar to work. Any suggestions? I just bought the game today.

We were able to play for a couple of days and then the light would no longer go on or it would go on for a few seconds and then go out. I emailed and am waiting for a reply but for how long I don't know. I am very frustrated.

I called them up right away, sent them a copy of my receipt with proof of purchase within 60 days and I'm getting mine tomorrow! I would just call up and then fill out the form for an exchange.
