Disc Issue

Hi, i just got rock band today and when ever i try to play it it gets to the mtv symbol then it says that it cant recongize the disc. Further inspect of the disc reveals lines on the disc but nowhere where it could harm the data. My mother had bumped the 360 before which made the game studder, i dont know if that would harm the disc in anyway but please somebody help i really wanna play!

Same issue with mine. Trying to get it replaced over the phone.
