Heroes vocals made me kill a puppy.

Seriously...., that song is the only song I have failed vocally and noone I know can complete it. Anyone else finding it overly difficult?

I couldn't tell you though. I can get by on easy vocals but thats about it when it comes to any song.

What difficulty? The Wallflower's version is sooooooooo much better imo. I haven't downloaded this track yet. I've thought about it but just haven't yet. Have you beat "I get by" by Honest Bob and the.....? It's ridiculous.

Haven't played "I Get By" yet, but on almost all other songs I can complete on hard. Even "Run to the Hills". It saddens me.

Here's how I figure. If you try to sing it like Bowie (which I did) you will likely mess up and fail (which I did). If you try to follow the pitches to it's exact length and height you will do much better. For me, I'd rather play the song one Medium and stay true to Bowie than have to follow the pitch. This and Moonage Daydream are some of my favourite songs to sing, just not in coherence with Rock Band's scoring.

'Heroes' is a hard song to sing. If you're trying to score on the song, try singing it on Easy and seeing where your arrow goes. Get used to honing it on what the game wants and then move up the difficulty level. Sometimes I find that turning down the vocal track also helps.
