View Full Version : Guitar won't turn on right outta the box!

Right outta the box the guitar won't power up. I checked all the obvious stuff--batteries, the on switch, etc. Is there some trick or is it just junk? All the other peripherals work fine, but no power on guitar. The little logo should light up, right? Any suggestions are welcome.

Warranty. Probably your best bet.

Same exact problem with me. I went through the warranty process and got a working guitar 2 days later.

I just got the tracking and the RMA number. I hope I get a new guitar by Friday. Thanks
