Faulty Guitar Support for Germany Help!!!

Hello,

my Guitar don´t work i´ve tried everything the Guitar got no Power the red Light is not blinking. The guitar is defective. Now the Problem is i´m from Germany and i need the new guitar nut how can i get one from the Rockband warranty site. Because i cannot choose Germany as country for Europe there is only UK, Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary. Why not Germany??? Maybe other German people can help??

Call EA, they would have answers.

I was unaware anyone in Europe was able to obtain replacements.

I am calling EA but if it try to connect me to a customer supporter the line everytime brokes maybe because it´s christmas or not???
