Is this your first time playing? I don't think there was a patch out today.

Nope, I've played almost every day since release. Played yesterday. I got up opened gifts with the family then went online to DL'd todays content. Fired up the game and it updated. Note, it updated the game not the firmware of the 360. Just so theres no confusion I was on live inserted game and got the update screen, I had already played COD4 B4 RB.
