Code for Downloading 20 Free Songs Won't Work

I tried putting in the code over 10 times and the registration system tells me the code is wrong or has already been used. I don't understand why, because I bought this game new.....anyone have suggestions?:confused:

I'm having the same problem too, I just bought a new copy of RB2 for XBOX 360 from newegg and my code doesn't work.

I bought the special edition new for PS3 and the code doesnt work.

I had that problem also, so I just called Electronic Arts, and after I emailed them a scan of the back of the manual, they sent me another code. They were very nice about it too. I guess it helped that I POLITELY and CALMLY explained the situation to the lady I talked to on the telephone. 1-650-628-1001

Had the same problem here, but found a solution--perhaps those here should try this if they haven't already...

On the back cover of the RB2 instruction booklet, it says to redeem your code in the Marketplace (for Xbox 360), but that didn't work for us after numerous attempts. We had to redeem the code through going to the Music Store in the game. Select "Purchase" and then you'll get to the screen to buy a song or Redeem Code.

If you are the Xbox 360 (me) you can't redeem the code on XBL. You have to enter it at a link on the back of the booklet, and then RB sends you an email with the code you enter in the XBL marketplace.

Where do you find the code on the Wii game? I have looked the booklet and box over again and again.

your guess is as good as mine. says on line that it is on a single page, noy the manual. mine must have run away from home. i dont remember anything like that when i unpacked it
