XBox 360 Guitar Problem and EA Website Prob.

Ok so my guitar started working fine when I first got it. The strum bar seemed a little different though because it makes virtually no noise and seemed a little stiff. Well after a while it's basically stopped working. It works a little bit of the time but most of the time it's not working during a song. Now at the main menu screens it works fine. But it's just during the songs. Any suggestions?

I went to the support site on EA and it said I probably have a faulty strumbar. Well for some reason I can't get the site to work because I need to be a registered member of that site. I go through all the personal information stuff but when I try to click "Sign Up" or whatever it just brings me back to that page. Any suggestions?

yea i have the same problem for the guitar. it worked fine but now it only works sometimes.
