Seriously the only thing I didn't like that Family Guy has done, the robot chicken special was way better. It is not horrible but it could of been better.

and Family Guy is funnier than Robot Chicken.

Jon Benjamin is freaking amazing. He's playing Yoda? Even more amazing. The best part is that he rarely does work that he's not interested in, so one again, amazing.

From someone who thinks Family Guy has been stale for quite a while, this made my side hurt laughing at some parts. I hope they do the rest of the Star Wars series.

I don't know... I'm thinking I'm really missing something. I like Family Guy and all, but I didn't think it was that funny. Just okay, but I'm a bit disappointed.

I agree that for a while, I thought Family Guy was getting pretty stale in its humor (this is coming from someone that was a Family Guy fanatic back in its first three seasons).
With this 8th season though, I've been majorly surprised at how much awesomeness that's been thrown in (especially the episode with ***** stewie and ***** brian, totally classic).
This SW episode was MUCH better than the first (well, episode IV) they did, hands down. Just the classic one-liners, and the randomness, it was all crafted so well. I definitely loved it, and I hope they remake the rest of the episodes :D

Yeah, I was in tears over that.
MABYE A SPOILER?:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
Upon seeing it, I knew that the entire thing would be hilarious. I was NOT disappointed. When R2D2 (Cleveland) was doing his little thing with the door in Lando's sky-city, I nearly crapped my pants laughing. Or the way Han positioned himself in the freezing. Good god it was funny. Plus, the random f-bombs dropped in were a nice little shocking joke. Especially the Han/Leia interaction. lol.
The commentary was funny too, in addition to the table read for the Return of the Jedi parody they are doing. Can't wait for that one to come out now. Will spend a day watching the Star Wars trilogy, then plop in the Family Guy version. Now don't mind me while I go and touch the gun that looks like a boob. :p

I enjoyed most of it, though the Stewie scenes were fairly annoying, as are the majority of his parts in the show. The Tom Selleck cameo near the end was awesome, as was the DonDon.
R2/Cleveland screaming "****" as he flew through the air garnered the most laughter.

Ah yeah, the voiceover from the Wildest Police Videos dude. Great little gag, that. In, out, on with the movie, and one of the funniest parts. ;)

100% agreed. Sure, old Stewie was a cliche Dr. Evil type character, but dammit I liked it that way
Nah, I'm all for change, and support the changes they've made with Stewie... even if I don't like them a single bit. Stewie has really fallen from my favorite character in Family Guy to one of my least favorites.
After watching Something Something Dark Side again, I enjoyed it a lot more the second time. My least favorite scenes were definitely the ones involving Stewie... he would have made a perfect vader a few seasons ago. Now, honestly, it could have really been given to anyone.
Oh, and I think Herbert could have made a good emperor, but I don't think they allow them to be used twice. Wait, I take that back... wasn't Lois's dad in the first one? I think he was a farmer. Plus I don't like that Ned character that was Yoda, but I don't know who would fit him better.

I loved that part too!
As for Stewie, i didn't really find his scenes annoying, but they were the weakest parts of the episode. Though there were some scenes involving Stewie that were the funniest in the whole episode, so it's hard to say.
"Yeah Dad, remember when you told us the story of Star Wars? Maybe you can tell us another!"
"Alright then, this is the story of Black Snake Moan...."
^ Another part that made me fall out of my chair laughing. :D

At the end where Peter and Chris are talking about who's show is better makes me wonder if they argue about that in real life

I think them arguing about it in the show is just evidence that they don't argue about it in real life. I seriously doubt Seth Green would keep doing the show and do scenes like that if they had a problem with each other.
