Base pedal broke in half, WTF!!!!

Yeah...I was playin a song, with a bit of quick base movement in it. As I was goin along I hear a *POP* and suddenly by foot is in pain. Im like, "what the hell?" I look down, my foot has a cut in it, and my base pedal has broken near the beggining of the rough part. My question is...What am I supposed to do know...and WHY THE HELL ARE THE PEDALS MADE OUT OF SUCH CRAPPY PLASTIC :mad::mad::mad::mad:

Same thing happened to me

Hot glue gun fixes it really well

Just hot glue it back together and let it dry for at least an hour and it will be fixed

OR you could return the pedal to EA and they will send you another one

Another great way to add a bit more lasting resistance after gluing the pieces back together is duct taping butter knives to the pedal. Use a significant amount of duct tape and tightly wrap the pedal with a butter knife on each side of the spring on the top and bottom of the pedal. Mine broke in the first week of me owning the the game and this fix has kept mine together for 3 weeks now.

Wrap the crack in a dozen layers of duct tape and it should be good for a while.

Hey, this happened to me to and i used diamond plate to reinforce it and now i sell them because this is huge problem so i decided to find a solution, heres a link the site it you want to go that route. Because yours is broken lower down we add extra holes in the bottom along with extra screws. If you have any questions just holler, rasehead@netscape.net
