I played online for the first time last night and tonight. An aggravation I've experienced when playing online has been that people don't often use their headsets online. It makes it a lot harder to communicate with your band mates and trying to play a song that everyone wants to.

All I want to say is that if your going to play online use the simple adapter that comes with the game and use your headset. That way if the leader isn't playing the songs you like you can let them know what you would like to play rather then quitting out constantly to find someone who might play one you want to.

Hah, I just realized TODAY (I've had the game since release) that that stupid wire dongle was a headset adaptor.

Yeah I've had the games since release as well. I just started playing online yesterday. I just wish more people used their headset.

My original 360 headset wouldn't work with my guitar, I had to use an aftermarket one. I know a couple of people with the same problem. Just got my replacement guitar in (due to strum bar) so I'll see if that makes any difference.

Another issue is that if you have 2 people playing from the same box, it disables the voice chat.

Besides, if a person wants to have a say in what song they are going to play, the will have their headset on. Unless of course, it doesn't work and then they will expect to have no say.
