If I filed for new drum pads, will a pedal also come?

I filed for a new set of drum pads, but then my pedal broke. Do I have to do a whole other order? Or do they ship an entire new set with pedal and stands?

YYMV but my replacement drum pads came with everything BUT the pedal. Specifically, it came with the drum pad assembly and the entire stand but no drum pedal, so i'd say you'd have to do another replacement for the pedal.

I just spoke with a support rep who replaced my drums (who, contrary to reports, was not in another country) and she said that when I ship my drums back, I should NOT return the pedal or the drum sticks, as they will not be sending new ones out with my replacement.

That's true; drum kits (pads, legs, feet) are replaced separately from drum pedals. Make sure not to send the pedal in with your kit replacement. If you need both replaced, you will have to make sure you've filed two requests.
