Can't find my character

I can't find my character or my band that I made, I know its online cause everytime I got a high score it connected with the server... AND I checked out my ranking on the box and it showed up (36081'st best band baby! lol) why won't either of those show up here on teh site?

oh and have safe solstice, I keep forgetting that its christmas...
Really I just want to know if anyone else has had trouble with it, and if they managed to solve such problems. Or if there is another way of getting around it.
