Well i'd like to know if there's any patch on the way so i can play RB1 with the Band Hero drum kit :(

Nope, there is no way to do that, and I seriously doubt there ever will be.

My guess, RB1 is an old game and patching it costs money that would likely not be recouped. Not to mention taking resources away from the current project. RB2 is available and you could export the RB1 songs.
