Fret button problems on guitar

hi, i just got myself a beatles rockband wireless Gretsch duo - jet guitar controller, all fine and dandy till i play gimme shelter and realise when i hold down the red, yellow and blue fret buttons, the game also registers the orange making all 3 fret power notes impossible to play. It seems to pick up the blue when i hold down red, yellow and orange as well, both buttons are fine on their own and on 2 fret notes but on a 3 fret note if i hold down either blue or orange they both register. Is there anyway for me to fix this or am i just better off taking it back and getting a replacement?

Honestly, if the warranty is still an option for you, go that route. If you open it up and mess something up, your warranty is void.

Thanks for the reply, yea i think i'll just have to take it back then. This is the second rockband guitar i got with the same problem, i must have really bad luck with these. thanks again.
