O' Noes i just got RB and broke by pedal!!

Very cool, I think if anything I'd rather get the wooden pedal the other guy makes. It's cheaper, not as easy to install as that I guess, but still very nice.

Hearing about all these problems, I just used a handsaw to cut a nice piece of wood to the right size and sanded it down a little. Cheapest solution ever, and it works great. (now watch as my pedal somehow manages to break anyway)

I saw on YouTube that sup possibly since the pedal is used with magnets to work, you can tape a magnet to your shoe,sock,foot, or whatever. I bet its easier tho since theres less force,because of no spring needed. Again i don't know if it works all that well though. Look it up on youtube if u want to see yourself

How the heck do people break these things anyway? Today marks the third time I brought my set to work. And with everyone jumping on there, playing with steel toe boots on, no one has managed to snap the pedal in about 26 hours worth of playing it. I was actually being rougher than normal today to even see if I could snap it. No such luck.

me also, i heard about the things crackin and i did my own stress test, on the pre fixed set, and the after fix set. Neither broke. i dont get what you all are doing, but wow...seriously...
