Someone wanna help a noob plz?

For some reason i am unable to create or modify my character, it simply doesn't give me an option to choose anything just a blank screen at the point where i should have that chance to change it. Not sure if i'm just a complete moron here, but could someone provide some input? Could this be a problem with the disk? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

My guess is that you have the PS2 version of the game, which doesn't support creating characters.

it's actually the 360 version which is really weird.

If when you go to create new, select gender, and then it goes blank...it say you have a faulty disc. you can return the game, or send in for a replacement, or you can just buy the disc alone. either way, don't worry, your issue can be solved with a trip to the store, or a call to EA. hope this helps
