That's right. My replacement Strat (my day one guitar stopped down strumming) flickers the effects switch between chorus and none randomly while playing. Also the effects switch doesn't seem to work for selecting effects anymore. So far I've been playing regardless, but it's definitely annoying enough to want another replacement.
