I bought a Rickenbacker to fill out my special edition set on October 17th, however, on Thanksgiving weekend we went to turn it on to play and it refused to light up. Changed out the batteries, and still no lights anywhere on the unit. None of the other hardware has given me any problems at all.
I know it's been a while (I was in the hospital), but can you direct me to where I can talk to someone about getting warranty service for this?
