A friend and I both bought the XBox 360 version of Rock Band on launch day. I had to hold mine till Christmas since it was to be a family present. Anyway, I played at his house a couple of times, and his drumsticks were pretty nice, with the Rock Band logo and a finished coating. I opened my set yesterday and the sticks appear to have missed the last stage. They are raw, unfinished, and fairly rough, with no logo or any sort of coating. How do I get a my sticks replaced?

The same way you get anything else replaced. But there's no way to get sticks replaced by using EA's Support website. So you'll have to call them.

On a similar note, the sticks that came with my bundle were unfinished as well, but did have the Logo. I feel like I'm gonna get splinters if I play with those, so I just use some of my other sticks I had laying around the house. :)
Or you could just mosey on down to any local music store and pick up a pair of cheap sticks for $5.

I went to Melodee Music in Virginia(don't know where you are) and pick up 2 pair of Staggs sticks for $3 each. Much better than the RB sticks, IMO.
