Queen DLC Missing 360

Hi,

I just brought the Queen DLC for the X360
Shows Ive purchased all 10 tracks on the store, but when I goto quickplay only 6 Queen songs show up.

I have re-downloaded the pack with no luck, also used the cheat code in the extras menu to unlock all tunes that didnt work.

Deleted the rockband cache from my drive that didnt work either.

Any Ideas how I can play the songs Ive paid real money for!!??!!??!??

Ok so looking into this further only 6 show up in the band select under Queen
2 in another band name, and the other 2 dont showup.

Under classic rock genre all 10 show up.

Come on make it easier for us to find the songs please!!!!!!
