For you all that have had experience with the replacement procedures. I just put in my RMA for my pedal, drums, and guitar. Obviously, there isn't an option in the "troubleshooting" section with regards to a broken pedal. Nor is their an option for the red drum pad not registering all hits. I just went through to select that they did not function. My question is, should I call the support hotline and give details to my issues, or just send them back.
