I just got rock band yesterday and when i tried to play with my cousins, we plugged the drums and the mic in to the multi-adapter (the guitar was plugged into the 360, and the guitar worked) but the system couldn't read the drums and the controller (but they worked when they were each individually plugged into the 360), so do i need to get a new multi-adapter?

Before you request a replacement, double-check that the USB plugs are securely seated into the USB hub and that the USB hub, itself, is plugged into a reliable power source as well as your console (some people forget the USB hub has a power plug as well).

If the hub still doesn't allow your instruments to be recognized even though they work when plugged in directly, then it does sound like you have a faulty hub.
