Is there anyway to get my replacement down here to mexico?, i bought my bundle on a Gamestop at McAllen Texas but can't be traveling in an out to the US so i cant give an adress there where i could receive a new guitar and return the faulty one, so , what i am asking is if theres any possibility to send the replacement down to mexico as we are frontier with the US,it would save me alot of trouble as i am a concerned costumer with my faulty Bundle , i still even have the pricing ticket from GameStop.

Unfortunately we do not have a program that allows us to ship to Mexico. Some people have had luck using a friend's or relative's address that lives in the US, and then having that person ship the replacement to them.

I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Ok, lets say i have a relative residing in El Paso Texas, but i cant get right to him as i cant be crossing over and over, but i can get him send me the replacing guitar thou i have trouble getting him the faulty one, is there a time period for sending back the faulty guitar?, or you have to send it b4 you get the replacement?, or when your replacement arrives?.

Because if theres a time period i can get it to him to send it back, but else i dont know.

There are two replacement methods so I'll describe how each would work both process and time-wise.

Express Replacement
This requires a hold on your credit card but allows you to get the replacement peripheral before you send the faulty one back to us. Once you submit your replacement request a 28-day timer starts. You must have your faulty peripheral back to us (in the box provided) within 28 days. This method may be more difficult for you because of the time limit, but will get you the new peripheral faster.

Standard Replacement
This method does not require any hold and does not have a time limit, but it requires that you return your faulty peripheral to us before you get a replacement. In this method, you make a replacement request and we send an empty box and shipping label to the address specified. You can return the faulty peripheral in the box when you are able since there is not time limit. However, you do then have to wait for us to recieve the box and then send out the new peripheral.

The Warranty Period
It is important to note, however, that you should make sure to request your replacement within 60 days of purchase as that is the period within which your game and peripherals are covered by warranty replacement.

I hope that helps.

Thanks, that helps, but, the 60 days respect the time when i bought my bundle right?, because my bundle says it was manufactured on oct but i bought it 2 weeks ago or so to have it for christmas.

The 60-day Warranty period considers the purchase date on your receipt as the start date (or the date you received it from the store if you pre-ordered).

and P.O. Box is out of the question, is there a way to make an arrangement with the store i bought it so i can send the guitar there?.

I have heard of people setting up an account to use a UPS store address, but you would have to look in to what arrangements you can make with the game store or whoever you might want to go through. As long as it is a physical street address (apartments work too) in the US, we should be able to process it, though.

the UPS adress is an alternative right?, so how does that work, you register at UPS and you can ask for a place to get delivers?.

I'm not 100% certain of how it works since that is a service offered by the vendor and not something that I work with, but I believe they have a system where you can register with them to use the store address as a mailing address (similar to a P.O. Box but using a street address instead). I'm unsure of how the process works or what the service costs, though, but other users may have chosen to do it and they or UPS may have more information for you.
