lrb ps3 code help

So i bought lrb for ps3 it didn't have a code so i went to the support email. i got reply saying to scan the case game and receipt. so i did and when i went to reply thru my hotmil and i didnt get a reply and it been about a week. so i tryed to send them a message using there email thing they have set up on the support page and i cant send a message i have tryed 11 times. Would it do me any good to call them.
Any nice advice would be good thanks.
