Is there anyway to play with out the bass pedal

I was just wondering if there is a way to play without the pedal.

The drum pedal is used in every drum gameplay mode and difficulty (even Easy). This can make the drums one of the most challenging instruments to master, but it also makes its use more realistic and better prepares you for faster songs or more difficult settings.

...And impossible to play when your drum pedal snaps.

You would need to switch to another instrument if you are waiting for a replacement drum kit or pedal (just as you would if any peripheral was not working). :(

I would switch to the guitar, but I'm trying to get the most out of the estimated 4 hours of play time before it breaks too. Quality over quantity when it comes to me and my guitar.
