Token code not working for 20 bonus tracks

I'm getting an error when plugging in the code that Rock Band 2 sent me. It seems as if the token has already been used. I bought the Rock Band 2 system for Xbox 360 new before Christmas from Gamestop. Can tech support help me?

I can't get the registration code to work for the 20 bonus songs. It says it's already been used, although I bought it new for the PS3 still factory sealed. Any help would be appreciated.

Probably, someone guessed it. EA will get their account and suspend it, hopefully.
