I was told this had been around since last year but it's just starting to surface at the South/Southwest side of America. It's funny that the Canadians got to try this thing out first last year. I suppose a French Fries Snack Wrap is the only thing missing now.
Here's an article about it when this Snack Wrap variant came out in Canada:
http://www.eatmedaily.com/2009/03/mcdonalds-mac-snack-wrap-a-big-mac-inside-a-flour-tortilla/
So what do you think of this new McD addition?

We just got it too, but they usually seem to test them up north first. Think the Canadians had the angus burgers aboot a year before we got them as well. :D

Just heard a commercial for it on the TV in the dining hall as I was walking under it. Judging from the faces of the other 3 people in that area, it's not going to be too popular.

looks nasty as hell, sounds like it will be nasty as hell, it probably doesn't help i think the regular Big Mac is disgusting, but this looks like something only stoners will like, i honestly don't know how those people in the commercial can eat them, hell, in that one, how does the guy take two bites?

I **** you not.Sheesh, if you wanted fried food you needed to be going to Kentucky Fried Chicken, not McDonald's (they were out of McNuggets?)

First, I had to because I was on a school trip and there was nothing else there. Secondly, the frier broke so basically all they could serve were drinks and grilled snack wraps, gag.

Actually, I don't know what they do to them (maybe I don't want to know anyway) but I don't see how hamburger production would normally be impacted by the status of the fryer.

I don't remember anyone eating burgers so the grill must've broke too.

I think McD's burgers are fried. BK's burgers are grilled.
McD's has great fries, and I love their apple pies, but I prefer BK's burgers.

I'll go back to McDonalds when they put dark meat in the chicken nuggets again.

I'll go back to McDonalds when they put dark meat in the chicken nuggets again.Took some of the fun out of McNuggets when they stopped doing that, didn't it? Used to be you never knew just from looking at a McNugget if it was going to be one of the lighter, spongy ones or one of the darker, gristly ones.

As soon as a Checker's opened by me, I never went back to McDonald's again.
I love the fries more, and the burgers and wings are just out of this world.
Anyways, to answer your question, I had the Big Mac Snack Wrap once, not too bad, but it just didn't taste right with the flour wrap.

I think Canada is the test market for the US. They sell things here for a few months or a year, and then they migrate to the states...never to be seen by us again. :(
Those spicy hot cheetos? I hear Americans talking about them all the time, but I haven't seen those in years. :(
Though I'm not disappointed that I missed my chance to try this particular product. :p

grosssssss
I worked at McDonald's for a month as a cook before my Target job's schedule and my transportation woes forced a quit.
Burger patties are put on the grill right from the freezer. Take a stack of eight, slam them on the edge to break up the individual patties, then line them up 3-3-2 from left to right. Then activate the clamshell to drop and press the burgers for a preset cook time determined by the kind of product on the grill.
Basically, whoever told you that their lack of frying goods was the reason for no burgers was bull****ting you.
Also, McNuggets seem to prompt a lot of rage in people when they're out.

I always want to eat at McDonalds but either don't have the time or don't feel like parking/going through the drive through. If I could eat one thing for the rest of my life it would be the McGriddle. So good but I never wake up in time to get there.

I think this will trick overweight people into believing this is healthier or something.

Anything from McDonald's is absolutely digusting and far from real food.
