I have negative calibration on RB for video.

GH doesn't let me put negative numbers. And I KNOW that I'm not supposed to ask for support for GH on the RB Forums, but on the GH forums, people are stupid enough to say that no TV (HD or not) needs negative lag (RB Forum-ers are smarterer, lol). Can anyone help with calibration in GH? Since there's no negative lag, I can't move the hit window up :/

And yes, Rock Band is perfectly calibrated for me.

RB and GH use different game engines and different video/audio rendering code. Hence, you will most likely not ever be using the same calibration numbers on the 2 different games (unless those numbers are "0"). Your negative calibration numbers on RB are completely irrelevant when it comes to calibrating your GH game(s).

If you practice both calibration methods, you'll get an idea on how they work together, even though the numbers will still be different.

I see what you mean. Like how RB and RB2 are different. And I meant to say that RB2 is perfectly calibrated for me.

My problem is that GH only allows positive lag to be put, allowing the hit window to be pushed down only. And the audio as well, allowing it to only be pushed down/made slower. The calibration test in game tells me that it's perfectly fine as long as I can hit the note in the center. It doesn't tell me that the hit window is too low or too high above the actual hit window -.-

Anyone want to tell me if it's technically impossible to calibrate GH5 on an HDTV cause of the way their calibration system works? Or if it's possible, a guide on how to calibrate? :3
