For those, like me, who choose to receive an empty box, and send our old equiptment in first, should be given clear instructions on what all we need to send back. I just got my replacement drum set in today, and low and behold, there is no bass pedal in the box. Now I know there is a seperate RMA for bass pedals, but the empty box i received came with a slot for the bass pedal. So to avoid any confusion, I sent my bass pedal in along with it, becuase I didnt want to run the risk of a misunderstanding on my part. If there is a spot for it, something should go there. Now im stuck for the moment with drum heads and no bass pedal

I had a problem with empty boxes too.
I sent my drums and guitar in for replacement a month ago and received two boxes back from EA about a week and a half ago. My drum box was empty instead of containing my drum set; EA simply didn't send me drums like they should have.
So I kind of have the opposite problem of you, I have no drums but have a kick pedal.

Damn, that sucks. Maybe we should hang out sometime, so we could make a complete set. :D Well, I sent my Guitar in as well, at the same time, and its status is now "Labeled". So hopefully that gets here soon. Maybe my situation was more of me trying to give them what that asked for, by following the instructions that came inside the box, instead of using my head and only sending in the parts that i needed replaced. I understand that EA is dealing with ALOT of returns, but c'mon, a little common sense can go a VERY long way with alot of these issues.

Yeah, I've not been able to play with a full set of equipment since November 20. My guitar was shot out of the box and then two weeks later my drums bit the dust, rendering me to nothing but a mic. So, for a full month I've not gotten the full experience for the money I paid.
Tack on that the fact that EA has not responded to any of my questions about getting my drums and I'm having just a grand ole time.
I wish you luck though >_>.

Yeah I have this problem too. I followed the directions and it said to put the drum pedal into the box. Not wanting to wait any longer I just followed it. I sent in a question on the Contact Us form on the EA Support website. Lets hope they can resolve this issue quickly.

I wonder if this overall Rock Band faulty product problem ranks up there with the most faulty product problems of all time.

Yea I submitted one of those questions too. Only because I tried calling them, and it hangs up because the lines are too busy. Its pretty damn sad that when you call a company like EA, which has so many different products, for so many different platforms, and the first question the automated message asks you is "are you calling regarding a problem with Rock Band Perepherials?".
