Ok so I join this group today of players. They are all pretty good usually playing anywhere from Medium to Expert on various songs. I typically play on Hard but that's besides the point...
Anyways we're playing together for about 30 to 45 minutes and having a blast. I was playing guitar and we we're playing Dani California when the drummer started saying towards the end of the song that his kick pedal wasn't registering like normal. We all just gave him crap that he had a faulty one or that he just had no timing etc blah blah...
So we then pick our next song which turned out to be Enter Sandman. We're all playing along and about a minute and a half into the song all of a sudden I hear screaming in my ear! I'm like WTF is going on?!?! I see our drummers failing out and still the screaming continues he wasn't playing at all just yelling at the top of his lungs. I'm like dear god is he getting murdered or is his Granny putting a hot iron on the back of his neck for playing too loud? Finally he calms down enough to hear the words- "It broke! WTF! I can't **** believe this **** what the **** Stupid *** Mother ******!
I couldn't help but start laughing my ass off because of what I was hearing it was too funny. I feel bad for the guy I really do because I know how much of a problem it is to send that crap into HMX for a new one and what not but just being in the moment and hearing that and listening on with 3 other people trying to make sense of what's happening we were all just busting a gut laughing at this guys frustration.
I seriously don't blame him and do feel sorry for him but it definitely was a damn funny moment.
