We got Rock Band 2 and two guitars last May. They have been working wonderfully until now. For Christmas we got a mic and drum set. We got a hub and those two peripherals are connecting perfectly and working great. Problem is, now Rock Band 2 doesn't even recognize either guitar. We unplugged the mic and drums to try and get the guitars hooked up again as before, but nothing. We can sync the guitars with their red boxes and lights will flash as we hit keys, but the PS3 or Rock Band 2 doesn't see them. We did follow the advice of someone to change the setting on the box to Guitar Hero after syncing. While in the tour adding a new band, we can get the guitar online only when set to Rock Band 2 but then it immediately starts going through the setup without us touching anything and starts naming the character with crazy keystrokes. We set it to Guitar Hero again and it stops, but then it isn't recognized any longer as a controller. I know that sounds weird. We've looked everywhere for help with no luck at all. Can anyone steer us in the right direction?
