how do I get DLC for RB 1 on wii??

Hi, is it possible to get the downloadable content for rockband 1 on the
Wii? It says to go the the "in game music store" to download but I don't have and in game music store?!?!? PLEASE HELP

No, and it never will be, as Nintendo, unlike Microsoft and Sony, doesn't allow games on their console to be patched.
If you want DLC, you'll need to upgrade to Rock Band 2. It's $40 for a new copy at most major retailers (~$20 used at GameStop, if you're looking for value) and the instruments you already have will work with it.

Unfortunately, the Wii version of Rock Band 1 did not support downloadable songs, you would need to get Rock Band 2 for that.

Yes, you will. But just be aware that you will only be able to play those downloaded songs in Rock Band 2, not 1.
