everything got deleted

i was at my moms house where she has internet for my xbox then i got to my dads which doesnt have internet and then all my rb characters save files and band got erased I was really made cause my band had everything I was wondering if i could get my band save file back if one of my other friends that were in the band from online could transfere it to me cause i was the band leader or is it to late to get it back :'(
