I mailed my broken one off on the 11th and I'm still waiting for mine. They gave me a tracking number and they still haven't shipped it yet.

From what i'm seeing in the forums, it appears that EA has straightened out many of the issues with the RMA process since launch day. My launch day guitar died, and I submitted an rma on 11/23. It was 12/20 until I finally got a working guitar. I had 4 separate rma's because they each got screwed up by the support and/or shipping departments. There were some issues with the return process, but it appears to be much improved now. BTW, I now have a working guitar and am quite happy.

I am glad someone is having a good experience with the returns. I sent in an Express request on Dec 15 (drum pedal is broke in two) and I have yet to see anything. Notification has been saying Label printed now for days. Nothing like having $125.00 tied down during the holidays. So much for rocking out during the holiday break.......
Add to that, the replacement guitar I received was broken right out of the box (star power won't activate). Not really sure if I will try to send that one back as my faith is growing very thin with EA at the moment. I may wait until the end of the 60 days to decide on whether I trust them or if I should just wait around and buy another guitar later on when someone builds one that is worth my time and effort in getting it.
