Recieving Replacement Drums

I sent my drums in and it says they were delivered to EA on the 18th when i looked at the tracking number i got from UPS so i know they have my old drums. I want to know how long it is going to take for my new drums to get to my house i've been without drums for like 3 weeks. I just think that their customer support sucks because i haven't gotten any information on them saying that they got them or anything. I am starting to get pissed off because i don't know when i should expect my drums. If any one has sent theirs in and recieved their replacement please provide me with a time frame of how long it took for them to arrive.

Check the status of your RMA on the EA support site. If it says completed under status, that usually mean that they have shipped out the replacement. This is how it worked for me when I sent in my guitar for a replacement. EA ships 2nd day air, so it you may have it by the end of the week. If it doesn't say completed or you don't receive the replacement in a few days, then I would call EA and find out what is the shipping status of your replacement. Hope this helps.
